Please take note that in regards to Media Mail, eBay implements a maximum shipping cost of $4.00. Any amount higher than that can not be input.This philosophy does not take into account a seller auctioning off a lot (say eight for example) of records resulting in a much higher shipping weight. The same holds true if a seller is auctioning off a box set of albums (e.g. seven) which will also create more weight and subsequently cost more than the $4.00 to ship. Synopsis:

Toe Fat was an English rock music band, active from June 1969 to 1971, notable for including two future members of Uriah Heep. At the end of 1969, Cliff Bennett had seemingly run out his string as a British Invasion-era star. Seeking a new sound and image, he hooked up with keyboard player/singer Ken Hensley, bassist John Glascock, and drummer Lee Kerslake, all of whom had previously played with a group called the Gods (who later became known for having Greg Lake, in his pre-King Crimson days, as a member). For unknown reasons, they christened themselves Toe Fat and managed to get signed to Parlophone and then to Regal Zonophone in England, with their albums appearing in America on the Rare Earth label. Their mix of blues and progressive rock wasn't the most commercial of sounds in any case, and the grotesque cover art on the group's two LPs seemed to repel potential purchasers.eponymously titled first album flopped commercially, but gained considerable critical praise Such was their stir that after their first single, "Workin' Nights", they were booked for a tour supporting Derek and the Dominos in the US. The album was also notable for its cover designed by the recently formed graphic art company Hipgnosis. The cover showed a beach scene with four people who have large toes superimposed over their heads. For the US release, a man and a topless woman in the background, were replaced by the image of a sheep*

There is a $2.75 fee for the processing of International transactions as there is an extra trip to the post office for postage quotes, increased communications for direction of postage rate to use and the additional paperwork for shipping International. PAYMENT

Winning bid, please pay by the THIRD day following the auction close, unless you notify me that you will be bidding on additional auctions that are already ongoing. PAYPAL is the preferred payment vehicle as it allows payment and shipping to be accomplished in a very efficient manner. I will send you (the buyer) an invoice the day of the auction or the next day if the auction is at night. If I do not hear from you otherwise, the default shipping method will be "Media Mail". If you want otherwise then please let me know quickly so that invoices do not need to be voided and regenerated.

GRADING GUIDELINES 

I use a standard grading system that "Goldmine" has published for years. Unless otherwise stated, our products are VISUALLY graded with the aid of a bright 150W light bulb. I grade VERY conservatively, in order to ensure that buyers are happy. All flaws worth noting to potential buyers (scratches, MINOR warps, cut out holes, saw marks, split cover seams, writing, etc.) will be listed in the item descriptions in an attempt to avoid any, and all, surprises.

· M (Mint): Unopened.

· NM (Near Mint): Vinyl appears to have never been played. There are simply no visible blemishes.

· VG++: Item appears very close to Near Mint but I don't feel comfortable because of some color blemish or a single mark on the vinyl. 

· VG+ (or EX); Except for a few minor flawss, this would be Near Mint. Shows slight signs of wear including scuff or scratches but they do not affect the listening experience. A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wear or a split (less than ONE inch long)

· VG: More marks/scratches, nothing deep, no loud clicks or pops. Groove wear and light scratches are evident. Surface noise is heard but it is not overwhelming. Minor writing, tape or stickers are visible.
