Description

What's on offer?: Almost without the need for introduction, here we have a SIMPLY FANTASTIC and hugely IN DEMAND gem from the Psychedelic genre - particularly as this copy is an ORIGINAL FIRST UK PRESSING and in FANTASTIC UNPLAYED condition!!!

A SUPERB ARCHIVE COPY FOR TRUE PSYCH AND YARDBIRDS/KEITH RELF COLLECTORS!

Artist: TOGETHER

(Keith Relf and Jim McCarty of The Yardbirds)

A-side: Henry's Coming Home

B-side: Love Mum And Dad

Label: Columbia DB 8491

As you'll see from the photo, this is guaranteed to be the ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st pressing with solid centre, so you can forget about having to settle for one of those dodgy so-called "limited re-pressings" (many of which are actually bootlegs) that are flooding the market.

A simply incredible double-sider, any fan of Together, The Yardbirds, Psych or 60s music in general will simply have to have this beauty in their collection!!!!

Grade (labels): The classic black labels have vibrant silver print and are in beautiful condition; there are NO spindle marks!!!

Grade (vinyl): In decades gone by, the general public and DJs had no idea how valuable some vinyl would turn out to be. Hence, discs such as this were often handled with relative neglect and played on a much heavier stylus than is the case nowadays. The result is that many discs are found to be badly marked and sometimes almost unplayable. This record, however, is strictly graded at EXCELLENT plus and is genuinely believed to be UNPLAYED!!!! Shading on the vinyl surface is present due to long-term storage of this item within an archive plastic liner. However, this never affects sound quality.

Grade (company bag): In a word....lovely!!

Why buy?: This is such a BRILLIANT and RARE 45. It's hard to find a genuine copy in ANY condition, let alone one AS BEAUTIFUL AS THIS!!!! So, don't miss this copy as it might be your only chance to buy an ORIGINAL 1968 Columbia UK 1st pressing of "Henry's Coming Home" by Together in EXCELLENT plus (UNPLAYED) condition!!!

Don't forget: Look to see if I have other rare items on auction at the present time. Many vinyl gems (always in fantastic condition) will be emerging over the coming weeks and months so, to ensure you don't miss out, please check my listings from time to time!!!

Shipping: Each item will be carefully packaged with factory-cut cardboard stiffeners either side and shipped individually in a brand new record mailer; unlike some other sellers I do NOT use poor packaging with scrap cardboard - or worse still NO cardboard - inside! P&P is £2.95 for Recorded Delivery or £6.50 for Special Delivery per item in the UK, Overseas TBA. Insurance above the basic level provided by mail companies costs extra and, if required, must be paid for by the buyer. I cannot accept any responsibility for payments/items lost or damaged and not covered by adequate insurance.

Payment: PayPal only. All items must be sent by a paid for shipping method with proof of delivery; no exceptions.

Thanks for looking. Check out my "About Me" page and the feedback for my "MUSICALMAGNIFICENCE" ID and bid with complete confidence. Thank you!!!!

Note: Please read my terms carefully and, quite simply, don't bid if you're not happy with them. I unreservedly retain the right to cancel bids from known defaulters or timewasters. The items I offer for auction are rare and of the highest quality, so please bid with respect!!
