Description
As pictured, you are bidding on a used copy of Tom Petty's Classic and very rare LP, "Echo." The jacket is as pictured, and is in great shape. The outer jacket has faint ring wear that really only becomes visible when tilted at an angle. The jacket has become unglued on one side of the inner gatefold, but a small dab of adhesive or glue will make the inner jacket flawless. (Please see the photos to see if you agree!). If I had purchased this from a seller who had labeled the jacket "NM-", I would not have been disappointed.
The vinyl is very nice. It is mostly clean and shiny. Sides 2 and 3 each have a small (ie, smaller than a dime) spot of "squiggly" lines (on the cuts "Billy the Kid" and " Accused of Love"). I have only graded this visually, so I don't know whether this will impact your listening experience. Otherwise, with the exception of a faint mark here or there, the vinyl is quite nice and shiny.
I make a great effort to follow the Golden Rule when selling things, and try to describe items with the honesty that i would hope to find in the items that I purchase. To that end, I have described the imperfections on this item as carefully and thoroughly as possible. That being said, most music lovers/Tom Petty fans will be thrilled to add this item to their collection.

I am not a professional record dealer, and don't feel qualified to rate the vinyl. That being said, I would NOT characterize the vinyl as NM because of the imperfections to the vinyl, as noted. Seems to be more like a visual VG/VG+ per Goldmine.
