Sealed and perfectly mint copy of the rare 1972 June Apple LP featuring the great Tommy Jarrell, with Kyle Creed, Bobby Patterson, and Audine Lineberry. This is the Heritage pressing from Galax, VA. This is one of the all-time great old-time albums ever recorded. If you're looking at this you probably don't need to be told that Jarrell is one of the most important and greatest old-time Appalachian fiddlers ever to have lived, and this is one of his most wonderful records, largely because of the presence of the equally-important-for-banjo Kyle Creed, one of the most incredible clawhammer banjo players. This is top Round Peak style playing, truly a classic of American folk music. And getting to be quite rare now. This is a perfect, perfect copy, too. Impossible to beat.
