Description
This is the original UK LP by TOMORROW, Self-Titled, MONO, on the black and yellow PARLOPHONE label PMC 7042, with "Sold in the UK" label credits and "GRAMOPHONE CO.LTD" rim credits. Matrix numbers are, SIDE 1:- XEX 667-1, SIDE 2:- XEX 668-1, stamper codes are, SIDE 1:- 1 / G, SIDE 2:- 1 / G, both matrix and stamper codes indentify this as a very 1st pressing. The LP comes complete with its original 1968 UK 1st issue EMI inner sleeve.
The original 1968 UK 1st issue Garrod and Lofthouse flipback cover with 'Patents pending' credits is in VG+++ condition, clean, showing a little ageing, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits, the spine is fully intact, broad and perfectly readable, a solid cover.
The vinyl is in VG condition, possibly would be graded higher but for on side 2, track 4, 'Three Jolly Little Dwarfs' their is a bad scratch, running horizinally throiugh most of the track, which is audioable and jumps, apart from this, ALL other tracks plays SUPERBLY!, no groove wear, playing with crisp clear clarity, a quality Mono 1st Pressing, and a SUPERB PSYCH LP!, with a very good cover version of the BEATLES track 'Strawberry Fields for Ever', also includes their hit single 'My White Bicycle', SUPERB PSYCH!.
The balc and yellow PARLOPHONE label's are in EX+ condition, lovely and clean, maintaining all their original colour, their is no unwanted writing and no scuffs, the spindle hole shows a little wear, KT tax code is embossed in the centre of side 2's label.
The vinyl is housed in it's original 1968 UK EMI inner sleeve and is in EX+ condition, clean, showing minimal signs of ageing, their is no unwanted writing and no seam splits.
