Description
“Carey was a member of Ritchie Blackmores Rainbow, playing keyboards.
He recorded the epic studio album „Rising“ with Rainbow in 1976 and joined two world tours which resulted in the Rainbow albums „On Stage“ released in 1977 and „Live in Germany 1976 (Live in Europe)“ released in 1990.
In 1977 Carey left Rainbow and moved to the South of Germany starting his solo career, releasing several albums under his own name (also using the pseudonym „Planet P Project“).
In parallel he began a collaboration with Peter Maffay mid of the 80´s, resulting in various recordings, acting as producer playing keybords and guitar”
