We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. ORIGINAL 1968 first pressing vinyl in old uni-pack style triple-gatefold cover...

One of thee best MOTHER EARTH albums, if not the best...the San Francisco hippie band featured the tremendous talents of TRACY NELSON... Like most SF bands of the era, the "chick singer," no matter how stellar, was not the sole focus of the group. In fact, the spotlight opening and closing tracks of Living With The Animals were not Tracy Nelson tunes, but were penned by Texas born hippie balladeer, RP St. John (who also palled around with Joplin and wrote "Bye Bye Baby" for her and Big Brother). The trade off worked well, since the two singers' diverse styles--while night and day in so many ways--complemented each other beautifully. Tracy's blues and gospel flavored numbers were what justified the band's appropriation of the Memphis Slim classic number (included here as track 2) at their band name, but St. John's quirky, ironic, and just a tad off-the-wall numbers were what rooted them firmly in 1968--and 1968 San Francisco at that !
