EXTREMELY RARE - ENGLAND'S 12 TOP HITS
CATALOGUE NUMBER: AVE 0129
This AVENUE RECORDINGS album has been stored since 1972 and is GUARANTEED NEVER TO HAVE BEEN PLAYED.
The inner paper sleeve shows signs of age (i.e. yellowing) and the back panel of the album sleeve shows signs of being stored. The front lamination is extremely good.
The 12 tracks on this disc are taken from the U.K. charts of late 1972 and all 12 tracks are STEREO and are COVER VERSIONS.

Although the record label gives credit to being arranged, produced and conducted by ALAN CADDY, this is a mixture of tracks, some produced by CADDY and some licensed to AVENUE from BEATTE INTERNATIONAL, but Mr. Caddy wanted to take credit for all 12 (fool!)
