Delivery Service: When placing an order with Smokers Paradise you are instructing us to use a third party to make the delivery on your behalf. We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the estimated delivery times set out in this deliveries section are met but we cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Our aim is to despatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. For UK customers all orders are sent using Royal Mail. For overseas all orders are sent using Royal Mail Airmail (small packets).You will receive an item despatched email to confirm your order has been processed.

Postage Costs: All items are well packaged mostly using bubble wrap envelopes/mailing bags/record mailing envelopes.The postage costs if applicable are a charge for the service of packing and despatching your order in a speedy and secure manner. The costs involved for this amount to more than the postage value shown on the package. If you don't agree with the postage charged please don't bid on our products.

Combining Orders: If purchasing multiple items you can request a combined invoice before paying and we will try to reduce the postage costs where possible. Please note that this is not possible after payment has been received.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All winning bidders enter a legal binding contract to buy the item/items won and agree in full to these terms and conditions. Buyer is responsible for all Postage & Packaging costs shown on the auction. Item must be paid for in full before item is shipped. If we are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 days of end of auction, we reserve the right to resell the item and report the bidder to ebay as a non-payer.

RETURNS POLICY If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us with your problem within 14 DAYS. Any agreed returns must include all original items undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. Postage and Packaging fees paid are NOT refundable. Refunds will only be made through Paypal, and as with requests for replacements, will be issued only upon receipt of the returned items. The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs and no liability is accepted by us if these items are subsequently lost in the post. Because of this we strongly advise you to use a RECORDED DELIVERY SERVICE when returning items for exchange/refund.

ITEMS LOST IN POST You must inform us of a missing item within 15 days of receiving your item has been dispatched message. We always obtain and keep proof of postage, in the event of an item going missing we will claim compensation from royal mail. We will send to you and you will be asked to sign and return to us a declaration that the item has been lost/not received, this will be used to claim compensation from royal mail. Once this has been received back we will issue you with either a full refund or send out a replacement item to you(when possible) please note that royal mail do not accept that an item has gone missing before 15 working days have passed.

Our terms and conditions comply FULLY with the distance selling regulations and your statutory rights are not affected.
