We have a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 2/3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers.
We mail all paid orders out once a week on Fridays/Saturdays. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule to Monday. We strive to keep our shipping and handling costs as close to actual charges as reasonable. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. Please be aware we have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.

CLEAN....ORIGINAL 1967 first pressing in glorious big beat MONO and:

Leading off with their last big U.S. hit, "You've Got What It Takes" this 1967 LP was a pretty strong late British Invasion album -- and marked an improvement over their previous album, Five by Five, and was less formulaic, if hardly bold or startling. Although by 1967 the catchy ballads & pounding Beat Band had not progressed much creatively speaking, the jittery good-time rocker "Thinking of You Baby," had actually been a moderate U.K. hit in 1964, though somehow it had eluded U.S. release until it found its way onto this long-player three years later. "Lovin' So Good" is also strong having the British Invasion catchiness that came more effortlessly to the band when they made their first US splash, with a bit more West Coast influence in the vocal harmonies. "Doctor Rhythm," the B-side of "You've Got What It Takes," is the toughest original, with a pile-driving riff and cocky Mike Smith vocal that. Elsewhere "Blueberry Hill" where Smith's quite passionate singing outclasses the classic songs original arrangement, and "Tabatha Twichit," which plugs into the passing fancy for infectious numbers in the 1967 British pop scene. ~
