From the official website description from over a decade ago:
Psychosurgery half n half blue/green split vinyl LP. Fantastic sonic 33 1/3 record version of the 1991 classic.
This two-tone version was limited to only 100 hand-numbered copies, and this is numbered 35/100 (see photo of back of sleeve). Even the standard, solid blue version is long out of print, so this is an exceedingly rare collector's item!

This release used the 2001 re-release version of the album cover. The rest of the layout and packaging was designed by the great Rex Zachary (https://rexzachary.wordpress.com)
Comes with protective plastic sleeve.
