Description
Here's a nice group of classic rock, psych, and acid folk LPs this week. Traffic / Mr. Fantasy. Island ILP 961. Orig. UK 1968 pressing (rough pink label w. orange and black sun motif). Thin gatefold jacket is VG+ w. some sleeve bends and 1/4 inch tear at top of spine (see photo); LP is also VG+ w. some surface scratches and sleeve lines, but plays closer to EX. Here's a nice copy of the unique UK mono mix of the first Traffic album--a psych prog classic that has not aged at all. The sound quality and track selection is entirely different from the US version, as is the elaborate dream like gatefold jacket design. Mint copies of this go for $200 +, so here's a chance to get a fine copy at a more reasonable price. TERMS OF SALE--PLEASE READ CAREFULLY TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDING.
