It's really like some NZ pressings I have where the vinyl had been put into it's inner bag before the cooling process had finished, like a ''film'' over the surface, some places more than others. I'll offer a 100% sale or return, because although the record starts with a (low in volume) consistant surface noise, as soon as the song starts, you can't hear it anymore, it's a fab LOUD pressing.....
