Cover Condition: EX
Wow, what a copy we have here! Not only is this one of the rarest Jazz albums of all time, but its going to be one of the best copies too! The cover is especially nice. Still very clean, with lovely bold artwork, with very shiny laminate both front and back. There are no seem splits, tears or writing to the cover. The spine is still perfectly readable. There is only some light shelf wear down the opening edges, and a little bit of laminate peeling to the front opening edge. A truly excellent copy.

Vinyl Condition: LOOKS VG, PLAYS EX

...as I am sure you can tell, this copy plays and sounds amazing! What great clarity throughout. Really crisp and clear. A true testament to the quality of the pressing.

We could spend ages telling you about how the record sounded, but you can hear for yourself! We would say it sounded excellent, and there were no skips or jumps. The music was still very clean, and was a very enjoyable listen. Only the lightest of crackle noticeable between tracks. The only other noise we heard was right at the beginning of side 2, about 10 seconds into track 1. It doesn't jump or skip, just has a slight additional noise. Please take the time to listen to the album completely before purchasing.

Visually, the vinyl only shows slight age. We have given the vinyl a deep clean on our Moth Record Cleaning Machine, and it retains a lovely shine. There are a few light marks, and about 4 or 5 small light scratches that can be felt with a fingernail, but as you could hear, don't affect the playback. We would grade the vinyl conservatively at VG visually.

The side 1 label has some very light age staining spots, but no tears or writing, and just a handful of light spindle traces. The side 2 label is much cleaner, again with no tears or writing, and just a handful of light spindle traces. All in all, a brilliant copy of a stupendously rare album, and one really not to be missed.
