On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Tyrannosaurus Rex called 'My People Were Fair And Had Sky In Their Hair.... But Now Theyre Content To Wear Stars On Their Brows' and is a 1968 MONO UK 1st pressing!!!! THIS LP IS VERY HARD TO FIND - ESPECIALLY IN MONO!!!! THIS LP IS EASILY THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER TYRANNOSAURUS REX LP - AND IS EVEN RARER WITH ITS ORIGINAL INSERT!!!! DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is an ORIGINAL Regal Zonophone UK 1st pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LRZ 1003 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Regal Zonophone Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Tyrannosaurus Rex at their best!!!! Any fan of Tyrannosaurus Rex, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in GREAT condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT ans has NO scratches, only a few light hairlines, 1 scuffline, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS A 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO nasty loud pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and only the VERY lowest touch of crackle in places (barely ANY)!!!! There is NO groovewear either and NO distortion. The record must grade Very Good+ if not better!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! THE MEGA RARE INSERT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION AND I DOUBT IF IT HAS EVER BEEN REMOVED FROM THE COVER!!!! AWESOME!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 'patents' plain white inner sleeve!!!! The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse 'Patents Pending' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases (cover is still flat looking), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition with NO writing, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! This Cover must grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!! THIS IS A SERIOUSLY RARE LP IN MONO - AND 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP ARE VERY HARD TO FIND WITH THE 1ST PRESS MEGA RARE INSERT!!!! DONT MISS OUT!!!!
