This is the rare UK 1st press of 'A Beard Of Stars' by Tyrannosaurus Rex. This 1st press is on the red Regal Zonophone label, it has the early YCARX 65-1U / YCARX 66-3U and laminated sleeve.
The record is in Excellent+ condition. The vinyl still has the most incredible hardly played bright gloss, it has been played only a handful of times. There are just a couple of marks, a hairline or two from the inner sleeves otherwise it is immaculate. On playing the sound is rich and exceptionally vibrant and clear. The red Regal Zonophone label is completely clean, very solid red and bright silver text. There is light spindle wear.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. The laminate has a sensational polished bright shine although there are a few laminate creases and a little laminate lift. The spine is still firm with sharp text. The whole cover is still feels very solid and is in very nice overall condition.
