The record has light & faint paper scuffs and light & faint surface marks(the majority are hairline and inconsequential marks!). Both labels have spindle marks. Will grade very good condition.

The front laminated flip-back  PATENTS PENDING G & L sleeve has extremely minimal edge wear(slightly more on the bottom middle edge). Very minor corner wear. Very minor ring wear.Very minimal creases on the edges. There is some yellowing/dirty marks and fingerprints on the back(see picture). There is the number '52' written on the top left corner.  No tears.  No splits. Will grade a strong very good condition.
