Description
This is the Talking Heads' commercial breakthrough work, though it was their 5th studio album. The song "Burning Down the House" made it to number 8 on the Billboard charts, and "This Must Be the Place" is a great (and much-covered) song as well. The album inspired a documentary, and then the documentary inspired another release of the album! The artwork was created by the group's frontman David Byrne. The album cover seems better than VG+ but there are two small scuffs on the lower left -- possibly from a sticker that was removed? The sleeve is not holding together in places - the record pokes through on the left side and on the right side the sleeve is almost completely split, but the liner notes are clear and unmarked. The record itself is in Excellent condition, no scuffs or marks that would interfere with playback. The Talkings Heads weren't the weirdest New Wave band but they were unique. This is definitely a good album for any New Wave or 80's collections!
