Description

Probably the best ever compilation of early Tamla releases covering late 1963 to early 1965. Not mint - there are some light surface marks but these don't sound during the music, hence my NM audio grading.

All tracks play beautifully with just some light surface noise between them and on the run in and out. With 10 tracks per side, the groove is very fine so this is inevitable - remember K-Tel?

There is no playwear and no distortion.

The top end is clear and sharp showing off those shimmering tambourines and banging snow chains and to top it off - a gold-embossed EMI promo mark!

Both inner and outer sleeves are in excellent condition!
