Description
On offer here is a first original German pressing of Alpha Centauri by Tangerine Dream, released on the OHR Label In 1971, catalogue number OMM 556 012.
Please note I use the Record Collector system of grading both the Sleeve and the Vinyl.
The Laminated gatefold sleeve is overall Excellent, but upon removing the Record from the polythene sleeve where I have kept it for many years Part of the rear top right stuck, and pulled the top part of the cover off ( see photo).
The album will be supplied in the polythene sleeve so when in the sleeve it does not notice much, but very annoying!
The vinyl is Excellent , it has a few light marks on Side Two which are non penetrating.
Original German OHR pressing are difficult to find now, usually they are trashed but this is a good copy apart from the points I have mentioned for the sake of completeness.
The record will be sent outside of its cover in a polythene sleeve sandwiched between two 12”stiffeners in a heavy duty record mailer made by Covers 33, as used by Mail Order Record companies.
