single sided Rare test  pressing  . Condition is Used. 

I have NOT deep cleaned the Lp so is described as follows 
XAX 828-3N visual - couple light hairlines. Light mark at 5 o clock
Sound -light background  which may include an occasional light tic.Occasional light background crackle. Great sound overall.

Would probably benefit a professional  deep clean  -  I cannot guarantee any improvement to sound quality
