Description

This item is an original copy of the HMV first label Gold Cream recording of the Tchaikovsky and Mendelssohn Violin Concertos recorded in 1958 by Christian Ferras with the Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Constantin Silvestri. 

The record is in excellent condition and plays beautifully with very light surface noise and the occasional pop. There no scratches but there are a couple of faint non-sounding surface marks. It comes with a new white inner sleeve and its original printed inner sleeve

The sleeve is in very good condition apart from some discolouration on the reverse side a some laminate lift on the front surface.

Overall this is a very nice copy.
