Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto Kogan Aust Columbia 33OCX 1711
Leonid Kogan with the Paris Conservatoire Orchestra conducted by Constantin Silvestri performs the Tchaikovsky “Violin Concerto” and “Meditation in D Minor”. An Australian mono pressing on the Columbia Label (33OCX 1711), the labels are blue with gold lettering and tiny magic note logo. The record is of excellent appearance and plays and sounds superb with occasional low-level surface noise. The English cover has rubbed a little with a little foxing (stains) on the back.
