The vinyl is NM.

The Chinese mail service has been unreliable in the best of times, but these days
it's even worse. (Hong Kong and Taiwan are fine).
I strongly recommend tracked shipping. I know it's expensive and I'm willing to
contribute half of the amount. What I'm not willing is to be is responsible for the
loss of my package.
Airmail shipping within Canada depends on the province, to US is $11, overseas: Western Europe is $18, Japan, China, Australia and the rest of the world $20.
