Teen Kings Je-Wel 101 78 Rpm Ooby Dooby. Roy Orbison’s first record. This is a gem, pristine pressing of one of Rocks most historical pressings. Less than 100 copies of Je-Wel 101 on 78 were pressed, making this a rarity even upon release. This example defines perfection. The lustrous surfaces show no signs of playing. Labels look brand new. This record was pressed at Norman Petty’s studio in Clovis, New Mexico. Roy later signed with Sun Records and later with the Monument label. I have been the owner of this rarity for about 20 years. I will send the new owner the copy of my appraisal report upon request that was written by an inspector located in a California.
