Description

Original 1978 release of Picture My Face/Tearin' Me Apart by Teenage Head
This is the textured paper sleeve version (not glossy)
Vinyl is housed in CBS Records inner sleeve and is in excellent condition. Vinyl rarely played and well kept. 
Outer sleeve has come completely unglued. Sleeve itself is in good condition but the 45 year old glue has worn off. Still a gem!
