An early audiophle vinyl label, Telarc is noted for the high quality of its recordings, encapsulated in the slogan "The Telarc Sound". Its engineers are highly regarded within the recording business, and have led Telarc to 40 Grammy Awards. In 2004 it received the "Label Of The Year" Award from Gramophone Magazine. Telarc released the very first digital classical music recording.

Record is new and sealed in it's original shrink wrap. There is a small price sticker on the upper right of the front cover.

Who else but Liza Minnelli could sing, talk and dance in these conditions, and make it seem as if nothing could be more natural? The daughter of entertainer/legend Judy Garland and musical film director Vincent Minnelli, if anyone is at home on a stage, it's Minnelli.This CD of her historic performances at Carnegie Hall is filled with variety. The performer's emotional shadings vary from her soft intonation on "How Deep Is the Ocean" to the conversational good humor and carnival spirit of "Ring Them Bells." But she shines brightest when she takes the Ebb and Kander compositions like "Maybe This Time" and "Cabaret" and belts them with a fervor that tugs at the listener's heartstrings.
