Here for sale is an original 1971 1st Pressing of the amazing TEN YEARS AFTER lp A Space in Time in amazing EXCELLENT++ condition.
On Chrysalis, cat # CHR 1001 with the dead wax runout matrix features the stampers etched by legendary mastering engineer George "Porky" Peckham.
Side 1 Dead Wax: CHR 1001A-1U and etched with PORKY
Side 2 Dead Wax: CHR 1001B-1U and etched with PECKO
The vinyl and album cover are in excellent condition, particularly the cover which looks and feels like it’s just come out of the record shop in 1971!!!
There are one or two very light marks on the vinyl which are hard to photograph and don’t affect the sound quality in any way. There is hardly any background crackle or static, just a tiny bit in the run in and between tracks, the vinyl plays amazingly, please listen to the video clip.
A tiny bit of rubbing shelf ware to the front top of the cover above the group’s name. You won’t find many better album covers than this one, the best I’ve ever seen.
Why buy an expensive modern reproduction when you can have a genuine 1971 original vinyl, worth far more in the future.
Also the originals generally have better sound quality.
