Description

This is Norgran  Records MG N-1034, Tenor Saxes, a yellow, deep groove label, original  mono  issue of this collection of otherwise hard to find tracks by Getz, Jacquet, Ben Webster, Coleman Hawkins, Flip Phillips and Charlie Ventura. The record is in VG+(+) condition showing some light marks on both sides but playing  quietly except for some background rumble. There are no skips, distortion, or clicks. The wonderful David Stone Martin cover has a small bit of clear tape on the top seam, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The back cover has some discographical writing in red pen. This has been a treasured "play" copy for many years, recently upgraded. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
