 The records have never been played.  The only way you can tell the collection is not new is a slight discoloring of  some of the paper edges of the inner booklet from age.  Each of the 50 Binders comes with 2 LP snap close, hard plastic, dust proof enclosures that do not allow the grooved surface  to touch anything.  Each comes with an authentication letter from the Franklin Mint and a complete 8-12 page written and illustrated commentary on the composers, orchestras, conductors, and featured soloists.  Everyone from Beethoven to Mozart to Stravinsky.  Includes a signed letter of appreciation from Vladimir Horowitz.  Incredible collection nearly impossible to find in this condition.  Complete list of compositions and artists in photos. Thanks for your interest.  Price was determined by a recent purchase of a collection in lesser condition sold for 2K.  Free shipping in lower 48 states.  See my other music nearly all new, mint or near mint.
