The 4 Instants

Discotheque

Very Rare original UK LP released on Society Records in 1966. 1st UK pressing, the sleeve is laminated on the front.

The 4 Instants thas are a classic of "garage-freakbeat" but not just because it sounds derived from a delightful Hammond organ accompanied by guitars that echo deadly bangs of "fuzz" and for crazy rhythms of drums, show that all this instrumentation is also strongly affected by the "mod R&B" with flavors of "soul" and "jazz", example of that the marvellous songs that are "Watermelon Man", "Caravan" an original of Duke Ellington, “Bogattini" and "Monkey Time" which are ominous. If you like Mohawks, The Tornados and Graham Bond Organization, then this record is also for you!
