Description

The Action - I'll Keep Holding On/ Hey Sah-Lo-Ney

(Parlophone R5410 UK 7" 1966)

This is a UK original 7" single pressing. Unfortunately this is a well played copy. However, playback is really nice overall. The record has black & silver "Parlophone" labels which have a 4 pronged centre. The labels have "The Gramophone Co..." and "Sold in UK..." texts. The record has 1st press -1/ -1 matrix stampers. It comes with its original "Parlophone" company paper sleeve. An excellent mid 1960's Freakbeat/ Mod-Psych single. Very rare too.

Vinyl: There are mild, more moderate to moderate sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can be seen under a strong light. There are two more moderate surface scuff/ rub marks on the A-side. There are about 9 light, mild or very mild surface hairline marks. 0verall, Good condition. The labels are in Very Good condition & show mild or moderate spindle wear. The company paper sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. There is some mild, very mild or more moderate ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.

I have fully play tested this 7" single. It plays Very Good+ to Very Good++ overall. There is some light, mild or very mild crackle noticeable in some quieter places. There are no noticeable clicks or pops. There is a little bit or more moderate crackle toward the very end of the B-side. The A-side plays really well overall.
