THE COVER AND STORED INSIDE THE GATEFOLD FOR MANY YEARS.***

I PLACED THE LOOSE SHRINK OVER THE COVER FOR THE PHOTOS.

Up for sale is one (1) The Allman Brothers Band - Eat A Peach Double LP from 1972 on Capricorn Records (#2CP 0102). Original pressing with Textured Cover and Original Insert.

Includes is the ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP with the original HYPE STICKER still attched! When I first obtained this LP I carefully removed the shrink wrap by slitting the opening side and the top & bottom to get to the gatefold. So, the shrink is completely split on 3 sides. I folded the shrink and placed it inside the gatefold, where it remained for 40+ years. I recently unfolded the shrink, it now has folds / creases from being folded for 40 years. 

The HYPE STICKER itself is in very good condition with some creases and crumples from age. 

I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! 

The Vinyl is in VERY GOOD condition. Even with a VERY GOOD grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts. 

Nice fairly clean labels.

The Textured gatefold cover is in very good condition (for this cover, which, typically does not age well) with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, scrapes, discoloration, fade spots, and ring wear. 

This cover typically does not age well, but this one is in pretty good shape.

There is a small seam seperation on the top of the Record 1 side stemming from the side opening. 

There is just the very beginning of a seam seperation on the top and bottom of the Record 2 side, both stemming from the side opening. There is a small splt seam at the top of the Record 2 side. There are NO splits on the spine. 

Comes in the original Capricorn custom inner sleeves. The sleeves have the following issues:

Record 1 sleeve has a medium sized split on 2 sides and the the 3rd side is completely split from the top opening  to the bottom. There is a small tear stemming from the top opening. Plus some crumples and ring wear typical with age. 

The LP's are now being housed in new plain white inner sleeves.

The Information insert is in very good condition with some crumples typical with age.
