(TEAL LABEL 2ND PRESSING – 1968)
Sought after Australian 2ND pressing of Sydney band ‘The Allusions’ debut and only album originally released early 1967. An ‘all-rounder’ band who were equally adept at performing solid rockers and lighter ballads, this LP has gained a healthy respect from aficionados and lovers of high class ‘60’s pop/rock. Would’ve been a great band to have seen live!
Their versions of The Kinks’ – ‘I Gotta Move’ and Ricky Nelson’s – ‘Gypsy Woman’ are worth the price of admission itself, not to mention a classic Michael Morris (vocalist) penned garage pounder, ‘Looks Like Trouble’.
This reissue is the Stereo version of the album which contains a number of songs in ‘true’ stereo (which was still relatively uncommon here until the following year)
An album that is getting tougher to find nowadays.

Cover = VG/VG+ (Laminated front sleeve with minor creasing and slight embossed ring wear from storage. Minor discolouration line top left of front cover. Back cover has minor paper tear on top spine – which reduces it to VG : slight discolouration and ringwear. Spine is intact)
Record = EX (Lovely gloss and sheen, minor hairlines and the odd mark. No scuffing. Beautiful!)
Teal Parlophone labels in Excellent condition. Slight discolouration on label side one.
