The Animals' iconic 1964 LP "The House of the Rising Sun" on black vinyl is a must-have for any blues rock fan. This first pressing from Capitol Records (T-6092) features the hit title track, as well as other bluesy classics like "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" and "Bring It On Home to Me." The 12" record plays at 33 RPM and is in Good Plus (G+) condition, while the very good (VG) cardboard sleeve boasts the original cover artwork.
First track on side one has a noticeable skip. Once it gets halfway thru the song it stabilizes. The rest of the album seemed to play ok with slight surface noise as the record has small scratches throughout. Slight discolouration on front of cover on the bottom left.
