Description
Just recently I bought a massive collection of 60's and 70's LPs...some are in surprisingly immaculate condition, and some are not, but the original owner (a well-respected Australian vinyl hoarder) was a fastidious collector of the styles he loved - 60's punk/garage, British invasion well-knowns [Beatles/Hollies/Dave Clark 5/Gerry & The Pacemakers/Zombies/Troggs/etc..], 70's West Coast sounds, pop-psych and he'd obviously forraged far and wide since there's a flurry of unique South American, New Zealand,Taiwanese, South African, Japanese releases amongst them all.
Here then, is one of the LPs from his collection:

ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?: Yes, it is...with single (i.e. non-gatefold)matt flipback cover...black and gold 'stereo' sticker folded around spine...mono and stereo catalogue numbers on back at top right...with black and silver 'BANNER STEREO' labels, which have NO label script in italics, and without 'Hey Hey Hey' after the 'Kansas City' song title. Front cover is unique: 4 individual pix taken at one of their six Sydney concerts in mid-June 1964.

CONDITION:
COVER: ( VG+ )...has light ringwear, some scuffing and crinkles, a scratch on the pic of Ringo, a light sticker stain, and a rubbed-out name on the top flap on the back cover...otherwise very nice indeed!...
RECORD: ( VG[-] )...has quite a few marks, but nothing heavy at all...and plays very well...with some light crackles and pops...
LABELS: (Side One: EX / Side Two: EX )...
