Description
The BEATLES
"HELP!" b/w "I'M DOWN"
7" single...pressed in Australia...on Parlophone (distributed by E.M.I. [Australia] Ltd. here...catalogue number: A-8163)...
I only know of THREE different label variations of this 45 issued here - and this is LABEL VARIATION #2 :
LABEL VARIATION #1: ...ALL text on both sides is in upright/NON-italic text, with no exceptions. In the songwriter credits on both sides, the two names are separated by a hyphen only, like this: (Lennon-McCartney)
LABEL VARIATION #2: ...ALL text on both sides is in upright/NON-italic text...except...the film credit on the 'A' side, between the song title and the songwriters' credit, is in sloping text/italics. In the songwriter credits on both sides, the two names are separated by a hyphen only, like this: (Lennon-McCartney)
LABEL VARIATION #3: ...ALL text on both sides is in upright/NON-italic text...except...the film credit on the 'A' side, between the song title and the songwriters' credit...and the LEEDS MUSIC 'logo' on the 'B' side, are in sloping text/italics. In the songwriter credits on both sides, the two names are separated by a hyphen only, like this: (Lennon-McCartney)
I'm not sure if there's a late 60's pressing with Northern Songs publishers' credits...or...an 1976 Stereo issue...I've never seen either.
