Apple 1970 LP Canadian Box Set with 164 Page Book Titled The Beatles Get Back
Cover: VG+
Vinyl: VG+ Long and Winding Road has a pressing error that causes a bumping sound in the middle of the song.
Book: VG+ No Missing Pages
Outer Cover: VG+ The Canadian Outer Box is the only one that doesn't have flat printed pics of the Beatles The outer box matches the Lp cover.
In 1970, The Beatles were ready to release their Last Album.
To coincide with the release of the film, a special Lp Box set was prepared.
In the USA United Artists had distribution.
They didn't want to pay for this elaborate Box set.
So, They released it with a Gatefold cover and that was it.
This set was never released in the USA, but in almost every other Country in The World including our neighbors Canada and Mexico.
These are very fragile sets most have a lot of damage.
These were only available till Dec 1970 then Out of print no reissue was ever made. Some fakes exist but the printing and lamination are a bit spotty.
