Description
Just recently I bought a massive collection of 60's and 70's LPs...some are in surprisingly immaculate condition, and some are not, but the original owner (a well-respected Australian vinyl hoarder) was a fastidious collector of the styles he loved - 60's punk/garage, British invasion well-knowns [Beatles/Hollies/Dave Clark 5/Gerry & The Pacemakers/Zombies/Troggs/etc..], 70's West Coast sounds, pop-psych and he'd obviously forraged far and wide since there's a flurry of unique South American, New Zealand,Taiwanese, South African, Japanese releases amongst them all.
Here then, is one of the LPs from his collection:

LABEL: PARLOPHONE [distributed by His Master's Voice (N.Z.) Limited] .
CATALOGUE #: PCSM-6042 .
DATE OF RELEASE: Feb. 1966 .
PRESSED IN: NEW ZEALAND
ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?: Yes, it is!...first [and only] pressing (and never released in mono)...comes in flipback cover (laminated front; matt back). Has the old blue and white NZ-specific labels, with black overprinting.
This was only available for a few months in early-to-mid '66, and withdrawn once they decided to compile their own 'Greatest Hits' compilation and use this same cover for it.
Note that labels read "BEATLES IV" [4] (instead of "BEATLES VI" [6]) !!

CONDITION:
COVER: ( VG++ )...beautiful!...not bad for a record this rare...has some foxing (light-brown 'age-ing' spots), a sticker stain near the top, and a name written small and neatly - all on the back cover...
RECORD: ( VG[+] )...has light marks only (quite a few, but nothing heavy!)...and plays very well indeed!...a well worthy copy...
LABELS: (Side One: EX / Side Two: VG++ )...has 2 names written on Side two label...see pix...
