Description

This is the original stereo German issue of The Band “Alpine Power Plant” on MPS 33 21460-5. The two records appear to be mint; perhaps played once, if at all. The laminated gatefold cover is bright and clean throughout, with just ¼” wear on the bottom seams, at the opening. The 18-piece band, directed by George Gruntz, consists of some of Europe’s top musicians playing alongside a large group of American ex-patriots. Personnel include Woody Shaw, Dexter Gordon, Herb Geller, Sahib Shihab, Phil Woods, Dusko Goykovich, Franco & Flavio Ambrosetti, Benny Bailey and N.H.O. Pedersen. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
