The Beach Boys Pet Sounds OG 1966 LP Mono Vinyl Record T 2458 Capitol RARE 1st
First mono pressing from Scranton, PA plant.
Vinyl Grade: G+/VG
Record plays nice for the most part but has a few sections of repeating pops. Most notably throughout half of “Wouldn’t It Be Nice”, the beginning of “Sloop John B”, and the ending of “I Know There’s an Answer”. Some other spots of surface noise but for the most part the rest of the record is solid. No skips or sticks on my turntable.
Cover Grade: G+/VG
Cover is solid overall but has some flaking on spine, some creasing, a couple small splits on the top seam, ringwear, a tiny bit of water staining, and a tiny bit of additional paper on the top middle of the front and back cover. Still not a bad cover and does its job well.
Overall not a bad original.
