Description
The Beatles - 1964 - Songs, Pictures & Stories - UNDOCUMENTED SOUVENIR STICKER from Milwaukee, WI!! The Beatles - 1964 - Songs, Pictures & Stories - UNDOCUMENTED SOUVENIR STICKER!!! This is an LP released by Vee-Jay Records in 1964. There are many variations, both mono/stereo, label variations etc. all having to do with the regular release. The mono release is not as rare as the stereo version for collectors and can be found here on eBay on a regular basis….this one is different.
During The Beatles 1964 Tour of North America, Vee-Jay records released copies that were sold at various venues and record shops close to those venues. Each mentioned the venue and the date of appearance. A common one is Forest Hills, New York….at least in and around NYC.
Many sites referenced via these banner stickers have been documented in various price guides etc. However, the sticker on this particular copy has a venue that has not been documented, and if it has, it is unknown to us. That site is Milwaukee, WI. This is the first one that we’ve seen in over 30 years of Beatle collecting and cataloging. The cover also sports the original sticker from the retailer.
Please view all the pictures as they are part of the description and represent the visual aspects of the item. The vinyl itself is VG- with many superficial marks….the important element and value of this item is solely in the cover.
Please see our other listings....LPs, 45s, picture sleeves, memorabilia & other odds and ends HERE!
We try to represent a wide variety of music and memorabilia to please the collectors in different retro genres. We do however seem to fall squarely in the many variations of rock from the 50s on up. Within that cohort, the Beatles are highly represented by both a vinyl presence and a memorabilia presence. We’ll also be listing some great classic toys, games, and models. Being a newbie to eBay, be patient with us as it will take a bit of time to get up to full speed.
Please be aware that we will ship out at the earliest date possible after receipt of payment. However, our formal shipping window is 4 business days. We say 4 as there are times when the shipping process is overwhelmed (definitely not complaining), so we want to be upfront that shipping volume ebbs and flows internally and is constrained by the number of hands available. Thank you for understanding! :-)
To minimize the chances of any damage during shipping, we ship in sturdy NEW LP Mailer boxes with pads for protection. We ship via USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested and funded. We will also insure, again if requested and funded.
We do offer returns within 30 days of receipt IF THE ITEM WAS IN ANY WAY DAMAGED OR MISREPRESENTED in the description or the photos supplied. If you just decide that “it looks different in person, so I changed my mind”, we do not recognize that as a valid reason for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges and ensuring that the item is returned in the condition received.
