The Beatles 1970 Let It Be vinyl UK LP, 2U/2U and book from Box Set, nice order
As per this Discogs listing - /release/6410142-The-Beatles-Let-It-Be
which states: Includes a 164 page book, "The Beatles Get Back". Deleted December 1970 and replaced with normal LP format without the book.
The official catalog# of this box set is PXS 1, however the LP sleeve and the record itself carried the standard catalog# PCS 7096. Original box set LP sleeve had a Red Apple Logo here The Beatles - Let It Be on the reverse, replaced with this standard Green Apple sleeve. 
NB - This is LP and book only, no inserts or box cover
The LP sleeve is ion great condition ; a bit of laminate lift , no rips, minimal wear for its age
The vinyl and labels are fantastic, mostly they look hardly played and only very light hairlines apparent, apart from the start of track 4 , side two, where there is a small nick (see below)
On play test this sounded awesome; one of the best 2nd hand vinyls I have heard, and it is a superb listen all the way through apart from the start of B4, due to the mark mentioned above; at this point there are a few of scrapes and clicks. Not for long  and hardly detracts from an excellent listen overall...
The book has very little creasing, all pages intact and looks great!
