"The Beatles" 1981 (-2-2-4-2) Tube Cut Mono LP UK Audiophile VG++ QUIET PLAYER

Play Tested and amazingly quiet (one LIGHT single pop on intro of 'Bungalow Bill") and just a few ticks...what superb condition. Played twice on a high end TT (once initially in '82 and just now to play test all 4 sides in their entirety), cleaned on a VPI wet vacuum cleaner, stored in poly outer sleeve and always stored in air conditioned/centrally heated environments.

Up for sale is this truly mono analogue audiophile vinyl pressing of 'The Beatles' White Album from 1981 The United Kingdom. The matrices are (-2 -2 -4 -2) which means this pressing was cut from the original metal work from 1968. The LP has been played twice and both vinyl discs are in near mint condition as are the 4 photos & poster. The original white inner sleeves are dated May of 1981 (581)

  In 1981 in the UK , the mono edition of this record was issued again for the first time since 1968 with all the extras that were included with the original. This album was part of Parlophone's re-issue of the Beatles' mono pressings, for the first time since the 60s. Pressings were limited.

  - 'Mono' jacket designation is only on the spine "Mono PMC 7067-8"
  - The records were housed in standard white paper inner sleeves.
