'THE BEATLES ORIGINAL MONO RECORD BOX'


Released in June 1986 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Beatles Japanese concerts, this set of 10 mono LPs was limited to 1,000 copies.

Each disc is pressed on super high-quality red vinyl and comprises the complete UK mono album catalogue:

  1. Please, Please Me
  2. With The Beatles
  3. A Hard Day's Night
  4. Beatles For Sale
  5. Help!
  6. Rubber Soul
  7. Revolver
  8. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
  9. The White Album (with poster & photos)
  10. Yellow Submarine
Each album was cut in Japan from direct copies of the original stereo master tapes made at Abbey Road.
All albums retain their original 'It Was 20 Years Ago' Obi strips, lyric sheets, translucent inners and clear poly outer bags.

Also present are a selection of Japanese tourist information leaflets - a different one inside each album.
All albums are contains within its original hinged-lid box.

These sets rarely come up for sale outside Japan, so don't miss this opportunity to acquire one of the rarest & finest sounding Beatles box sets ever produced.


CONDITION
Discs: MINT -
All discs have been well-cared for and played just once or twice at most. We have played all of them in their entirely and the only issue we uncovered was some light crackle on some tracks of 'Sgt Pepper's..'. However, there are no click, pops or any other audible distractions or wear on any of the albums which play flawlessly.

Covers: MINT

Never out of their plastic sleeves, each cover is in pristine condition with no faults or wear to any.

Box: EXCELLENT +

Clean & fully intact with no stresses to the hinge. There is a touch of shelfwear to the lower corners but nothing else to suggest it has been treasured for the past 34 years.
