The Beatles 1st LP Record - Please Please Me 1963
Please Please Me is the debut album by The Beatles. Parlophone rush-released the album in March 1963 to capitalise on the success of singles "Please Please Me" and "Love Me Do". Of the album's fourteen songs, eight were written by Lennon–McCartney. See photos for song list
The record plays very well but the cover is showing some wear and tear. Please see photos as they form part of the description.
About the seller (pilly1947): I am a private collector and am selling some of my extensive music collection so that others can now enjoy this music. I have records which cover most genres, e.g. 60s rock/pop, folk, Irish, Country & Western etc, and I will be releasing them progressively over the coming months.
Descriptions: I have endeavoured to describe the records as accurately as possible, and please note that the pictures form part of the description. I include clear photos so you will see any cover or record that is showing signs of wear, allowing you to make your own judgement. As these records have been used and are at least 45 years old, many covers in particular will show signs of age.
All items are from my private collection and have not been played for many years as I no longer have a record player. However, I have borrowed a player to check the current condition of my records and will check them before listing for sale. Unless specified in the detailed description, all records are in good condition with no noticeable defects. I have also done a visual inspection of current condition, and any defects will also be specified in the detailed description.

Shipping: I aim to post within 3 days of payment. Records may also be collected from Canterbury, or if you prefer, I can arrange collection from Coburg or Avondale Heights but these require a few extra days to arrange. If you need something delivered urgently please contact me first and I'll try and do that.
Returns will be accepted only if the item differs greatly from the item description and images as supplied on its listing. Returns must be received within 7 days with delivery cost at buyer’s expense. Returns for change of mind or incorrect choice will not be accepted. Please contact and communicate with us prior to return.
