From United Artists Records (UAL 3366) this is  A HARD DAY'S NIGHT by THE FAB FOUR, an original (first ) US mono pressing from July 10, 1964; playing time, 30:45.  

Jacket is NEAR MINT MINUS showing no outstanding flaws or blemishes and no signs of excessive aging or abuse (see photos). Cover shows minor shelf wear with no bumped corners and seams intact and sturdy; the spine is perfectly blocked and strong with printing dead center. Original inner sleeve is EX+ or better. 

The labels show no spindle marks and glossy playing surfaces are NEAR MINT. This is the first label variation showing I Cry Instead. Play grades NEAR MINT or better.  Nice piece!
