Description

A third STEREO pressing of AHDN on the UK Parlophone label. Matrix 1/1. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original stereo cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. Also included is a original Emitex inner sleeve.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In nice shape and has only seen light to moderate use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. The audio comes across with very good clarity and only minor occasional interference. All we detected was a bit of crackle creeping in on a couple of tracks on Side 2. The tracks are still perfectly enjoyable, but we must be clear that it drops below the given grading for this period. Otherwise playback is superb and of a very decent standard - thoroughly enjoyable.
Cover (Ex) In great shape and has clearly been cared for down the years. Nice shiny front with a rear that has managed to escape the worst of the usual fading. The only vaguely noteworthy thing to mention is a tiny sticker removal mark in the top-left on the front. Other than that this is a very decent original stereo cover. Spine 100% intact and the cover retains great rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit aged and one tiny split.
