THIS IS A GENUINE FACTORY SAMPLE LP WITH THE **ALIGNED** APPLE LOGO SLEEVE, **WITHOUT HER MAJESTY** SONG CREDIT TO SIDE 2 RECORD LABEL.

Item Description/Condition:

The Beatles original UK Apple Vinyl LP, 'ABBEY ROAD', released by EMI/Apple on 26th September 1969 on the Custom DARK GREEN APPLE label, with 'Apple Records' label rim , 'Mfd in UK' label text and **WITHOUT** ‘Her Majesty’ credited to the side 2 record label. In it’s ORIGINAL 1ST Issue Garrod & Lofthouse fully laminated sleeve, with the correct aligned Apple logo to the reverse of the sleeve.

Both sides of the Record Labels are in superb Near Mint condition, an undamaged bright and clean set of record labels, with only light centre spindle lines to the centre of each record label.There is an official white with red print Factory Sample sticker on the side one record label.

Side 1 Matrix YEX 749-2 and Side 2 YEX 750-1.
Side 1 stampers: 4 RDG and Side 2: 4 GTD.

Both sides of the heavyweight Vinyl Disc are in superb Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, bright glossy undamaged vinyl surfaces, showing only a couple of light suface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs to the vinyl surfaces.

Audio Quality:

The album plays as good as it looks, NO clicks, NO pops, very mild background crackle between tracks, NO skips just a superb clear STEREO sound quality.

The Vinyl Disc comes in it’s ORIGINAL white Made in Great Britain printed **Apple Records** inner bag which is in Excellent condition, with only mild age toning and creasing, NO seam splits.

The album is housed in its ORIGINAL, FULLY LAMINATED, 1st Issue, Garrod & Lofthouse Picture sleeve featuring the aligned Apple logo to the reverse of the sleeve.

The Glossy FIRST ISSUE Fully Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in beautiful Near Mint condition. The laminate front and back is ULTRA GLOSSY, the colours have remained rich and vivid, there is mild record indentation to the front panel, the reverse of the sleeve is glossy and bright, the spine edge and other two edges are undamaged, there are just very, very mild bumps to the corners, this is a very nice Abbey Road Sleeve.

A very nice example of this Collectable, first issue original UK Beatles Album, and a genuine Factory Sample issue, originally released 43 years ago.
