Description
This is a really odd album I have never seen anywhere before. The front cover shows John, Paul, George and Ringo, and the back lists the songs on either side of the LP, and also displays the only known piece of artwork done by all four Beatles, apparently. I have tried to research this album and have come up with nothing. The tracks all seem to be the songs "in the making" or a play off of the idea of the song. Track listing exactly the way it appears on the back cover is as follows:
Side One (23:06):
1. SGT. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band 1:27
4-track playback with commentary by George Martin
2. That Means A Lot 3:00
Takes 23 & 24 (remake) 3-30-65
3. I'm So Tired 2:00
Take 14 (remix 1) 10-8-68
4. We Can Work It Out 2:13
Take 2 early mix 10-20-65
5. Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds 1:00
Take 1 - 3/1/67 with commentary by George Martin and Paul McCartney
6. It's All Too Much 8:25
Take 4 unedited 5/25/67
7. She's A Woman 3:35
BBC Recording Session 11-17-64
8. Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite :57
4 track playback with commentary by George Martin
Side Two (23:23)
1. Within You Without You 1:15
4 track playback with commentary by George Martin

4. I'm In Love 1:26

5. 12-Bar Original 8:52
Take 1 & 2 plus extra jam 11-4-65
6. I Feel Fine 1:51
BBC recording session 11-17-64
7. Good Morning, Good Morning :33
4-track playback with commentary by George Martin
8. The Inner Light 2:29
Take 5 backing track 1-12-68
9. Hold Me Tight :26
Take 20 (remake) 9-12-63
10. A Day In The Life 1:12
Take 1 rehearsal 1-19-67 with commentary by George Martin
The cover is in fairly decent shape... some where but nothing major in my eyes. Record plays very well and features all the tracks listed on one label, and the Beatles signatures (printed, of course) on the other label. Record is in a plain white sleeve and I keep the whole album in a clear plastic sleeve to keep it from getting dirty. If you are interested, have at it! But keep this in mind... the album is sold as is. I'm not claiming to sell a sealed and/or mint condition LP and Cover, so please do not assume that is what you are getting. The record plays great on my player, but keep in mind all turntables are different and records that play fine on some will skip on others depending on needle condition and so on. I assure you though, I have had no problems playing this record. Will Not Ship Internationally. Sorry.
